Teaching with Film in the English Classroom

The NCTE Framework for 21st Century Curriculum and Assessment supports the use of nonprint media in the classroom. Specifically, two elements of the framework assert the importance of students being able to create, critique, analyze, and evaluate multimedia texts and to be critical consumers and creators of multimedia texts
